Creekside student newsletter starts!

Dear Creekside Families,

Thanks to the work of 4th grader, Sonia S., and 5th grader, Dylan R., we have published the first edition of our student newsletter: What's up Creekside!

I cannot think of a better way for our students to have a purpose for writing and a place to share their thoughts with our school community. We are seeking more writers (only grades 3-5 for now) for our newsletter and I know from experience visiting classrooms at our school that we have many talented writers all over our campus!!

The next article entry deadline has not been determined yet by our editors, but should be soon. All of the information about the student newsletter is posted here on our website: This is also where our students go to submit their writing. Please encourage your grade 3-5 Comet to participate!

Thank you again Sonia and Dylan for getting this going at Creekside! We are proud of you!

Happy Holidays!

Mr. T, Principal
